Robusta is one with a strong, raw taste. We consider that a robusta can bring an extra in a blend but it depends on the quality of the respective robusta and the percentage it represents of the total of the blend.

”Single Origin”

is a short phrase, with a great significance. This term has been used to describe green coffee produced in micro-climates, strictly geographically delimited, using agricultural practices that favour quality over quantity.

Origin coffee, also known as “single origin coffee”, is characterized by the purity of the distinct flavour offered by the plantation from which coffee beans originate. Organic coffee beans come from a single coffee plantation.
